Master degree of Human nutrition, where significant part of study was dedicated to issue of
nutrigenomics and epidemiology. During Ph.D. study I developed expertise in molecular genetic
methods (DGGE, qPCR). In 2014 (1 month) Erasmus fellowship at the University of Pisa
(prof. Rodolfo Bernardi) with study gene expression.
