Under this Order, payment for food and hotel accommodations of participants during
the activity (including one day before and one day after), payment for bus rental, purchase of
activity kits, tokens for participants, and other incidental expenses incurred during the activity
shall be charged to the funds sub-allotted to the Regional Office - XI - DAVAO CITY,
while transportation expenses including plane fare, terminal fee, boat rental, per diems,
gasoline, toll/parking fees and other incidental expenses incurred during the travel of the
participants shall be borne by their respective sending agencies, except for transportation
expenses and honoraria for Documenters/Resource Persons/Speakers which shall be charged
to the funds of the Office of the Secretary/HPDPB.
Further, expenses for office supplies and materials and other equipment to be used in
the conduct of the activity shall be charged to any available fund of the Office of the
Secretary. Furthermore, payment for hotel accommodation of PhiiHealth participants shall
be charged against the funds of Philippine Health Insurance Corporation.
All such expenses are subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and
regulations.
