Further, expenses for office supplies and materials and other equipment to be used in the conduct of the activity shall be charged to any available fund of the Office of the Secretary. Furthermore, payment for hotel accommodation of PhiiHealth participants shall be charged against the funds of Philippine Health Insurance Corporation.
