FortaLite Cassolettes, beautiful little oven-to-table serving
pieces made of injection-molded aluminum with a double
layer of non-stick coating. Fortalite Cassolettes are lightweight, and individual serving sizes allow for efficient cooking using high-grade cast aluminum that spreads heat
evenly and quickly in the oven. They are ready for the table
straight from the oven. Dishwasher-safe and about half the
price of old-fashioned cast iron cookware. These attractive
little servers are easy to handle and they look great on the
tabletop.
