Term: The zulily $100 Credit Giveaway starts at 12:01 am PT on Monday, March 23, 2015 and
ends at 11:59 pm on PT Sunday, April 5, 2015 (the “Term”).
Eligibility: SWEEPSTAKES OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S., INCLUDING
THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND PUERTO RICO, WHO ARE ABOVE THE AGE
OF MAJORITY IN THE STATE OR TERRITORY IN WHICH THEY RESIDE AT THE
TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. WEBSITE ENTRIES ARE
OPEN ONLY TO NEW MEMBERS OF ZULILY. RESIDENTS THAT ARE ALREADY
MEMBERS OF ZULILY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER VIA THE WEBSITE, AND
MAY ONLY ENTER VIA POSTCARD.
Employees of zulily, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates,
promotion and advertising agencies and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents,
siblings or children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons
living in the same household of such employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter
or win. Void outside the 50 United States & District of Columbia and where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering this
Sweepstakes, all entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, and to
comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
How To Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

the Term and sign up to become a new member to zulily. Complete the registration page with
your email address, password, name and click on the "submit" button and you will automatically
receive one (1) entry.
2) Alternatively, existing members may send a postcard with your first name, last name, home
address, home phone, and email address to: The zulily $100 Gift Card Giveaway, 2601 Elliott
Ave, Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98121.
All electronic entries must be received by Sponsor by [11:59 pm] PT on Sunday, April 5, 2015
to be eligible. All postcard entries must be postmarked by April 5, 2015 to be eligible. Entries
generated by script, macro, or other automated means or practices, or by any means which
subvert the entry process will be void. Limit one (1) entry per person and per valid email address
throughout the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of mode of entry. Entries received from any
person or email address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. All Entries become the
sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Prizes: Sponsor will award one (1) $100 credit to the winner’s zulily account (Approximate
Retail Value of prize: $100.00 to an entrant who entered during the Term. No more than the
stated number of prizes will be awarded.
Winner Selection and Notification: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing
from among all eligible entries received during the Term ten (10) business days after the end of
the Term. The winner will be contacted by e-mail at the e-mail address provided on the
registration page or in the postcard. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or
if a winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, the
prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from among
all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings to find an eligible
winner. If no eligible winner is chosen after the three (3) alternate drawings, the prize will
remain unawarded. Odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries received.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning
entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at
time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an
e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g.,
business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the
domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed except by
Sponsor, who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value, should the prize
become unavailable for any reason. Any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes on the
prize, and any other costs, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein as being awarded, are
the sole responsibility of the winner. By accepting any prize, the winner consents to use of
his/her name or likeness for advertising/publicity purposes without further consideration, except
where prohibited by law.

you acknowledge that Sponsor may send you information or offers about its website, products,
promotions and services or the products and services of others that it thinks may be of interest to

General Conditions: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees: (i) that they
acknowledge and have agreed to such Policy and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of
your personal information for the purposes of administering this Sweepstakes in accordance with
such Policy; (ii) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final in
all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; and (iii) to the use of his/her name, address (city and
state), voice, performance, photograph/video, image and/or other likeness for programming,
advertising, publicity, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter
known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without
compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party
and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use if
asked to do so. Entrants further agree to comply with and be bound by decisions of Sponsor,
which shall be final and binding in all respects.
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be: (a)
tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or
any Sponsor web site; (b) violating these Official Rules; (c) violating the Official Rules of
service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any Sponsor property or service;
or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten
or harass any other person.

Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge and hold
harmless Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and
promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and
representatives of the foregoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries,
liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in
whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or the
acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize. Sponsor assumes no responsibility
or liability for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or
alteration of, entries; (ii) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants,
printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the
Sweepstakes; (iii) any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone
lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of
any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or
traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any
injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from
participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes; (iv)
technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries; or (v) any injury or
damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part,
from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
Miscellaneous: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the
administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor
reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.
ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF
CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE,
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL AVAILABLE REMEDIES
(INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend any portion of the
Sweepstakes for any reason, including should any cause corrupt the administration, security or
proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the event of termination, to select the potential winners in
a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of such
action
Force Majeure: The failure of the Released Parties to comply with any provision of these
Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, act of public enemies,
actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of the Released Parties (excepting
compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be
considered a breach of these Official Rules.
Resolution of Disputes: Except where prohibited or otherwise outlined in these Official Rules,
entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or
connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without
resort to any form of class action, and entrant agrees to arbitrate any disputes before a mutually
agreed upon arbitrator. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within 30 days of the request
to arbitrate, the parties shall arbitrate before a JAMS arbitrator under the applicable JAMS rules;
(ii) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under
no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all
rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including
attorneys' fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with
participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages
multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity,
interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the
entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in
accordance with, the laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to any choice of law
or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Washington or any other jurisdiction), which
would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Washington.
