If you are eligible to live with your parent/guardian at their permanent address, you will see the “Live with
Parent/Guardian Form” as part of your “Current Contract(s) Available” options.
If you choose to live with your parent/guardian at their permanent address select the “Live with
Parent/Guardian Form” option, and press “Save & Continue.”

The Welcome page explains the Living with Parent (LWP) policy and restrictions. It is important to submit your
Living with Parent or Legal Guardian Verification Form prior to attending your campus orientation session.
Read this information carefully, and press “Save & Continue” to move to the next step.

You will be asked to verify your parent/guardian’s address. After your LWP request is submitted, University
Housing Assignments staﬀ will determine whether you live within a 70 minute drive or less to campus. When
finished, press “Save & Continue.”

You will provide your parent/guardian’s contact information on the Parent Agreement page. An email will be
sent to your parent/guardian.

At this point you will not be able to continue the LWP process until your parent/guardian verifies your request.
After the verification is received by University Housing you will start from the contract process login page to
finish your request.

The email your parent/guardian receives will contain a link to this verification form. The message will also
have a PIN for your parent/guardian to use on this form. Once this form is complete and your parent/guardian
presses “I Agree” you will be able to re-enter the contract process and complete your LWP request (see next
page).

The contract you receive after LWP process serves as your LWP request to University Housing. Housing
assignments staﬀ will review your request and contact you as to whether the request is approved or denied.
