Have a facilities concern? There are several options available to you to
report these issues – any hour of the day, 24/7. These include phone
(713-743-4948), email ([email protected]), coming by the customer
service window in the lobby of the General Services Building #585 (4211
Elgin St.), or text message ([email protected]).
Keep The Quads Secure
Please make sure you do not prop any of the exterior doors open in The
Quadrangle. Keeping any door propped open allows anyone access to
the buildings in the Quads and presents a major security threat to community. If you see anyone propping any door in the Quads please let
your RA know. Thank you for your assistance in keeping the Quads community secure.
Recently we have seen an increase in work orders placed. Please see below.
WORK ORDER SURVEYS
Once your submitted work orders have been completed, you receive an
email stating that your work order has been completed. In the email,
there is also a link to complete an online survey on our performance.
This survey helps us track the completion of your work orders and how
effective we were at completing them. It also allows you to request a
follow up if you are not satisfied with the completion of your work order.
