Under new management and back in front of City Hall June 13‐14 HOUSTON (March 16, 2015) ‐ The Houston Beer Festival has announced that the 5th annual celebration of all things beer will move back to its original location in Hermann Square in front of City Hall and in Tranquility Park this summer, June 13‐14. The Houston Beer Festival is excited to announce that they are under new management and new ownership with the goal of making this the best beer fest in the nation. The Houston Beer Festival looks to quench the thirst of craft beer lovers from around the state. New event managers, eager to maintain the event’s classification as the largest beer festival south of the Mason Dixon Line, promise to enhance the two‐day festival for the more than 10,000 beer aficionados who attend. The 2015 Houston Beer Festival will feature more than 20 bands performing on three stages as well as a large variety of specialty craft beers alongside food vendors and additional entertainment. In an effort to improve the guest experience, the Beer Fest has hired Spectrum Concessions, a professional event management and concessionaire company, to take helm of Pourer‐in‐Chief, serving beer samples in an uber efficient manner. In celebration of the event’s fifth birthday, ARTSeen Alliance, out of Austin, joins the team to creatively transform the event with a festival design that will enhance the natural aesthetics of the event’s footprint, providing another dimension of brewtastic fun. Sponsors for the Houston Beer Fest already include local restaurant, Taco’s A Go‐Go, Silver Eagle Distributing and radio station 104.1 KRBE. Tickets to Beer Fest are expected to go on sale early April starting at $25.
