Calling all Carers
Do you look after someone?
Does someone depend on you?
Is your caring role too much at times?
If you answered YES to any of these questions then you
are one of Wirral’s 40,000 Carers.
A carer is someone who looks after a family member, partner or
friend in need of help because they are ill, frail or have a disability.
On Wednesday 10th June 2015 to celebrate National Carers Week
– Building Carer Friendly Communities - we will be offering advice
and information to people who have caring responsibilities from
organisations such as Wired Carers Services, Patient & Public
Involvement Cheshire & Merseyside Strategic Clinical Networks,
PALS and the Lonsdale Trust Wallasey.
We will be available from 10am until 1pm at St Hilary Group Practice,
Broadway, Wallasey, CH45 3NA. Please call in and speak with
members of the Patient Group from your Practice. Light refreshments
will be available.
