NOTIFICATION
The Governor, Himachal Pradesh, on the recommendation of the
Departmental Promotion Committee, is pleased to order the promotion of the
following Executive Engineers (Civil) HPPWD to the post of Superintending
Engineers(Civil) (Class-|, Gazetted) in H P. Public Works Department on adhoc
basis, in the pay scale of Rs. 37400-67000 + 8700 (Grade Pay) with immediate

CWP No. 1358i2008 titled as S.S. Kutlehria & Ors. Vs State of H.P' and
Others, CWP No.3233/2014 - Sanjeev Kumar Sharma and others Vs State of
HP and others and other pending Court cases relating to seniority of Assistant
Engineers.

The adhoc promotion shall not confer and right upon the Officer for
regular promotion, continuation or seniority.
The Governor, Himachal Pradesh is further pleased to order'the
transfer/postings of the following Superintending Engineers (Civil), H P. PWD
