IDENTIFICATION
Please wear your name badge at all times. This is the only way we can identify you as a conference
delegate. Please note that delegates without a name badge will not be allowed entry to any of the
sessions. The name badge is non-transferable.
TIME
All sessions will start and end on time. Please be punctual and follow the schedule given on the name
badge. As the queues for registration may be rather long, you are encouraged to arrive early at the
conference hall/room to ensure that you do not miss the start of the sessions.
CONFERENCE PROGRAMME STYLE
Speakers will present their ideas and update participants on knowledge and issues during their
sessions. Due to time restrictions, it is not possible to provide 'hands-on' skills training. However, Q & A
are encouraged during the Q&A session before the end of the session.
NETWORKING
This is a great opportunity to network with fellow HR professionals. You are encouraged to carry your
business cards.

Admission is on a first-come first-serve basis. It is recommended that you go through the programme
carefully. It is advisable that you stay at a session throughout to fully benefit from it. All the session
materials will be uploaded to the website www.hrdcongress.com one week after the event.
EXHIBITION
There will be exhibitors displaying their products and services at the Pre Function Area, Almeera
Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Hotel, Dubai. It is advisable to find some time to visit these booths to gain
knowledge of the latest services and tools related to HR.

Day 1 (June 8, 2015) - Morning and afternoon snacks as well as a buffet lunch will be served on all
days of the congress. Please hand over the lunch coupon to the door attendant for your entry to lunch.
Lunch will be served in Peppercrab Restaurant, Atrium Level, Lower Ground, Grand Hyatt Hotel,
Dubai. Coffee Breaks will be served at the foyer of Almeera Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Hotel, Dubai.

to the designated Room Coordinator at the end of the day. Please fill it up and pass it to the team at
the Registration Counter for the exchange of the certificate. Your feedback is important to us as it will
help us to improve our service for you in the future.
