Dear Friends of MPI and HSMAI: These leading associations -‐ the Arizona Sunbelt Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and the Arizona Chapter of the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International -‐ have joined forces for the fifth year in a row to provide members of the Arizona meeting and hospitality industry a day of great golf on a beautiful course, followed by lunch and an awards celebration. This is an event you won’t want to miss. Not up for a round of golf or don’t have five hours to play, you can still participate. Join us for the Golf Clinic or the festivities after the tournament. The funds from this tournament will help to support our associations’ continuing efforts to provide quality continuing education and scholarships for those professionals currently in the meeting and hospitality industry and those who are pursuing a career in the field. In addition, a portion of proceeds will benefit the association’s chosen charities. We’d like to invite you to participate in our fundraising efforts by helping us with our raffle. You can help us by donating a valuable item. Your contribution will be recognized by more than 100 golfers in attendance that includes influential members of the hospitality and meetings industry. Once again, we would greatly appreciate your participation. Below you will find a donor form to fill out. Once you have completed the form, mail it along with the item you’re donating, to the address listed on the form. If you are unable to mail the item, please indicate this on the form and we will arrange for a pick up.
