Family Courses
Webster Stratton
A 12 week course for parents/carers who would like to
improve relationships with their child/ren and manage
some of the behaviour they present. It will include how
to stay calm, improve children’s self esteem, setting
limits, reward good behaviour and much more.
Understanding Children’s behaviour (Solihull)
Is a 10 week course to help parents think about the relationships with their child developing strategies for repair
when things go wrong. The course helps to increase
confidence and self esteem in both parents and children
whist promoting reflective, sensitive and effective parenting
Parenting with Confidence
A 3 week program of informal workshops for parents
and carers to access to help them develop skills needed
to support behavior issues they may face within the
family. Available in a group or on a 1-1 basis.

Home Safety
Here we give an overview of the risks within the home.
We cover Accident Prevention, Risk assessment and
Practical Interventions. Parents take part in a quiz and
risks assess their own homes. Referrals can also be made
to fire safety.

This drop-in workshop aims to improve parents
Suitable for different levels of knowledge, work
knowledge around good weaning practices and to
towards level 1 or level 2 qualifications. These courses
enable parents to prepare their own weaning foods.
