PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Mama Jane’s nursery, primary school and orphanage has to cook 3 meals a day for 100 children.
Their kitchen, as it is located in the courtyard, was
too smoky which made the job very difficult. HYT
removed the old kitchen structure, constructed a
new building with a steeper roof. The project was
completely with the installation of a energyefficient stove along with a new chimney.
