Teacher Appreciation
We know many of our students are
already involved in summer sport
activities, and we want to encourage
our students to stay focused on
school, complete and turn in all assignments. Each day is important
for learning and will affect the end of
the year grades.
Illini Bluffs Middle School is a very
special place with very special students and families. Your support,
our students, and the dedication of
our teachers are what make IBMS a
great place to be.
Thank you for your support during
the year and we wish everyone a
VERY SAFE AND
HAPPY SUMMER.
Mrs. Peterson
The week of May 4th
through May 8th is Teacher
Appreciation week. Tuesday, May
5th is “National Teacher Appreciation Day”. This week is an excellent
opportunity to let your teachers
know how much they are appreciated. Please drop them a note, give
them a call or an e-mail to express
your thanks.
Medieval
Times
IBMS students
will be experiencing what life was
like during our MEDIEVAL TIMES
unit May 18th through May 22nd.
We have special speakers and assemblies planned. Our halls and
classrooms will be decorated to display medieval times. On May 20th
the Middle School students will
travel to the Medieval Times theater
in Schaumburg, IL. Our students
will cheer on their favorite knights in
battle, experience the power of the
horses, and the pageantry of medieval parades.
