The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is organizing One-day Seminar on th 10 June, 2015 On the topic: ‘Research in Germany: The African-German Cooperation’ Guest Speaker: Prof. Michael Spiteller Institute of Environmental Research, TU Dortmund, Germany Germany is Europe’s leading country in the field of research and development – with more than 25,000 doctorates awarded each year. This workshop will introduce participants to the many research and funding opportunities available in Germany. Other topics will include DAAD post graduate scholarship opportunities, junior and senior research funding opportunities among others.
