MISSIONARY PACKET 93rd Illinois District Council • May 17‐20, 2015 Lake Williamson Christian Center, Carlinville IL MISSIONARY BOOTH Missionaries are offered the opportunity to promote their ministry with exhibitor space in accordance with the following guidelines at the 93rd Illinois District Council. Space is limited and assigned on a first come, first served basis. To reserve exhibit space, please complete the registration form and fax , mail, or email it to the Illinois District Council no later than April 10, 2015. IDCAG missionaries will receive a FREE booth space, unless demand outpaces the supply. In that case, missionaries would need to share the booth. Out‐of‐district missionaries may rent a booth space for $50. Your booth includes:  One 8’ folding table (no skirting)  Free wi‐fi  Option to have a PowerPoint slide (you provide) included with looping Council announcements  Free Council registration for IDC missionaries; one free registration for out‐of‐district missionaries DISPLAY GUIDELINES EVENT LOCATION: Lake Williamson Christian Center, 17280 Lakeside Drive, Carlinville IL 62626 SET‐UP SCHEDULE: You may set up between 5:30 pm and 8:30 pm on Sunday, May 17, OR Monday, May 18, beginning at 8:30 am. (Setup MUST be completed before 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 18.) HOURS OF OPERATION: Missionary booths will be located along the walls of the Auditorium. Hours of booth operation will occur before and after services. MONDAY: The auditorium building will be open by 9 am for booth attendants. All Monday events will take place inside the Auditorium. Monday morning’s service starts at 10:30 am. Business sessions are held from 1 to 5 pm. The evening service starts at 7 pm and will likely end between 9 to 9:30 pm. You are welcome to remain at your booth as long as people wish to speak with you. TUESDAY: The auditorium building will be open by 8 am for booth attendants. A communion and memorial service will be held inside the Auditorium from 9 to 10:30 am. Afterward, Council attendees will be invited to breakout sessions in the Activities Center for the remainder of the morning and afternoon. Teardown starts at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, May 19. Booths must be removed before the evening ordination service. Display tables are arranged to accommodate everyone and are NOT to be moved or rearranged. 2. No tacking or nailing to walls and/or property other than to your display table. 3. If you need electricity, please provide your own extension cord to connect to the outlet. 4. Tables will NOT be skirted. You will need to bring your own coverings. 5. If you need to ship supplies in advance, shipping labels should be addressed EXACTLY as follows: Illinois Assemblies of God District Council Vendor Materials 17280 Lakeside Drive Carlinville IL 62626 (NOTE: Items can only be stored for up to 5 business days.) PROTECTION & LIABILITY The Illinois District Council of the Assemblies of God shall not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitors’ property. It is strongly suggested that each space have at least one person present at all times during posted display times. MISSIONARY PACKET 93rd Illinois District Council • May 17‐20, 2015 Lake Williamson Christian Center, Carlinville IL POWERPOINT/ANNOUNCEMENT LOOP SLIDES: All missionaries with a booth are invited to submit a wide‐screen format, 1280 x 720 pixels, 96 dpi graphic. Your slide will be included in an announcements loop which will play before most of the Council sessions. Slides should be emailed to [email protected] by May 1. REGISTRATION: Illinois missionaries receive free registration. Out‐of‐district missionaries receive one free visitor registration. Each additional booth worker must pay a visitor fee of $25. MEALS: Meals will be served in the dining room at Lake Williamson. The first meal, Sunday night’s pizza & pasta buffet, will be served at Connections Café in the Activities Center. If you purchase a lodging and meals package at Lake Williamson, all meals are included (Sunday evening meal through Wednesday lunch, or a total of 9 meals.) If you are staying off site, meals may be purchased at the door at the following rates: Breakfast $6.50; Lunch $8; Evening Meal $9. Special meals include Sunday night pizza & pasta buffet; Monday evening Speed the Light‐sponsored banquet; Tuesday Teen Challenge‐sponsored lunch; and Wednesday Tex‐Mex lunch buffet. PROGRAM BOOKLET SPACE: IDC missionaries, even those unable to attend Council, may submit a graphic of their missionary prayer cards to be included in the program booklet AT NO CHARGE. Cards should be .jpg format, 300 dpi, full color. IDC and out‐of‐district missionaries also have the option of purchasing ad space in the program booklet as follows: File Type: JPG or TIF; 300 dpi or greater File Size: Half‐page ads should be 5.5 x 4.25 inches; Full‐page ads should be 5.5 x 8.5 inches Color: CMYK (Any black color should be “black,” not CMYK) Bleed: If your graphics go to the edges of the page, please include a 1/8” bleed.
