Before the deadline listed on the Student Information Sheet, upload all required documents for the I-20/DS-2019 Request Packet to the Admissions web tool (http://admissions.sa.ucsc.edu/coe/). You can only access the tool once you have accepted your offer of admission. All documents submitted must be legible. If a document is not legible you will be asked to submit it again. The earlier that this step is completed, the sooner you can receive an I-20 or DS-2019. ISSS will not be able to process your I-‐20/DS-‐2019 request until all of the required documentation has been received. It will then take approximately 10-‐15 business days to issue your I-‐20 or DS-‐2019. Please factor in time for mail delivery of your I-‐20 or DS-‐2019 to your overseas or local U.S. address before you make your visa appointment.
