Notice about the methods of obtaining and utilization of the compensation notes
1.) The Office of Justice with its present notice would like to announce the methods of
obtaining and utilization of the compensation notes that were awarded pursuant to the
compensation procedures.
2.) The compensation notes can be received in person or by the use of a representative at the
following branches of the Kereskedelmi és Hitelbank Rt. (K&H Bank) upon providing the
following documents:

the original decision or a certified copy of the decision

document for personal identification (identity card/passport)

In order to receive the compensation notes by the use of a representative a lawful and valid
authorization (power of attorney) is needed.
The authorizations must meet the following requirements (alternatively):

the client wrote and signed the authorization with his/her own hands,

two witnesses must verify on the authorization with their signature that the client signed
the authorization that was already written with his/her own hands in front of them or that
the client stated in front of them that the signature on the authorization is his/her own (the
address of both witnesses also has to be indicated on the authorization),

the client’s signature or mark has to be certified by means of a court or a public notary on
the authorization.
An authorization given to an attorney-at-law is valid when it is in written form and is signed
by both the client and the attorney-at-law with their own hands.
An authorization – including the authorization of an attorney-at-law – issued in a foreign
country must not only meet the aforementioned conditions but has to be certified by the
foreign representation of Hungary as well.
3.) Methods of utilization of the compensation notes:
If the client is entitled to it, the client could gain property of land on the auctions yet to be held.

We could offer as an another method to enter the stock market. A sales order can be given to
brokerage firms or to financial corporations that are also investment service providers. The current
