Selection Process:
All shortlisted candidates are required to appear for a Written Test (multiple choice questions
covering basic areas of Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics and Research
Aptitude) followed by a Personal Interview of those who qualify as per the cut off criteria (to be
set followed by the written test).
Schedule:
Written Test & Interview will be held on 20th May, 2015 (Wednesday) at 8.30am onwards.
Venue:
Academic Block, IIT Mandi (in Vallabh College campus), Opp. Main Bust Stand at Mandi,
Himachal Pradesh.
Documents Required:
You are also requested to bring along with you the following documents:
1. A copy of the invitation/call letter received on e-mail from IIT Mandi.
2. All your original educational certificates (from Class X onwards) and also certificates
/documents related to professional experience.
3. A set of self-attested photo copies of the all documents as mentioned at Sl.No.2
3. One passport size photograph
4. One updated Resume/CV.
5. Any other relevant documents (eg. experience certificate, papers, research related, etc.)
Travel Reimbursement:
• IIT Mandi will reimburse your travel expenses by ordinary second sleeper class train or by
ordinary bus (by shortest route). Please keep your original travel tickets with you and
produce them at IIT Mandi on the day of the interview for reimbursement.
• No DA shall be paid for attending the written test/interview
• Candidates will have to make their own arrangement for accommodation.
