CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRATION
Pheasant Glen Golf Resort, Thursday May 7th, 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. All competitors MUST
register during this time. Players who do not register during this time, without informing tournament
officials prior to such time are subject to DISQUALIFICATION.
MANDATORY PLAYER MEETING & WELCOME LUNCHEON
A welcome luncheon for all competitors and guests will be held on Thursday May 7th, at Pheasant
Glen Golf Resort at 11:30 a.m. Participants will be guests of CN Future Links and at Pheasant Glen
Golf Resort. Parents and friends are encouraged to attend for a nominal fee. During lunch, Golf
Canada Staff and Tournament Officials will conduct the MANDATORY player meeting. Important
tournament information including local rules, pace of play policy, and code of conduct will be
discussed. This is also an opportunity for competitors and parents to ask questions regarding the
championship.
PRACTICE ROUND-SHOTGUN
The practice round will be held on Thursday May 7th at 1:00 p.m. Groups will be pre-arranged and
assigned to specific holes. COMPETITORS ONLY! You can find out whom you’ll be playing with and
which hole you will be starting on at registration. Please note that a “one-ball” rule restricting the
number of practice balls used on the course during the practice is in place. Tournament Officials will
be present on the course during the practice to encourage this policy.
STARTING TIMES
Starting times for the first and second rounds will be made available at registration and in the golf
shop after registration. Final round starting times will be based on the competitor’s cumulative score
from the first and second rounds and will be available Saturday evening, May 9th, shortly after play
online at www.golfcanada.ca, in the golf shop and at the host hotel.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
Practice Facilities at Pheasant Glen Golf Resort will be available to all tournament players for the
duration of the Championship. The practice range will open each day at 6:00am – prior to each round,
practice balls are complimentary, courtesy of the host club and organizing committee. Following play,
additional practice balls may be purchased through the Golf Shop.
CLUBHOUSE FACILITIES
Pheasant Glen Golf Resort will be open daily at 6:00 am. There will be complimentary lunch for all
competitors on Thursday afternoon. Cash, Debit and Credit Cards will be accepted at in the
Clubhouse and Golf Shop throughout the championship.
HOST HOTEL
The Beach Club Resort ($119.00 single/double) is the official host hotel for the championship. Please
call 250-248-8999 to make reservations and refer to ‘CN Future Links Pacific’ for group booking
discount. Rooms will be held until Sunday, April 19th, 2015.

Canada’s Junior Golf Program
JUNIOR CODE OF CONDUCT & DRESS CODE
The Golf Canada Junior Code of Conduct and Dress Code are in effect during the entire
Championship. Violations will be dealt with based on the severity of the misconduct. If you have any
questions, please consult with a Golf Canada Tournament Official. The Junior Code of Conduct and
dress code are available at www.golfcanada.ca and will be supplied to each participant at registration.
ANTI DOPING POLICY
Participants at Golf Canada championships must be aware that doping control tests may be
conducted by the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) on a random basis in accordance with
the Canadian Anti-Doping Program. To avoid an inadvertent positive test and the consequences of an
anti-doping rule violation, athletes are encouraged to read through the Golf Canada anti-doping policy.

NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
If you find you cannot compete in the championship, you must officially withdraw from the event by
contacting Golf Canada’s amateur championships department at 1-800-263-0009 ext. 322. Entry fees
will not be refunded after the application deadline without a medical certificate. Entry fees will be
refunded, less a $50 administrative fee, if Golf Canada is notified of a player’s intention to withdraw
prior to the application deadline. If you do not officially withdraw, you may be subject to
DISQUALIFICATION from future Golf Canada and provincial competitions.
