12th Greater San Antonio Junior Match Play Championship

Entry Fee: Championship – Division II (Boys) $90 Division II (Girls) – Division V: $40
Eligibility: Any boy or girl residing in Bexar, Comal, Guadalupe, Kendall, Kerr, Wilson, Medina, Atascosa or Bandera counties for a
minimum of three months prior to the Championship, who has not reached their 19th birthday on or before June 9, 2015. Those
players who have graduated from high school may only play the season directly following high school graduation, regardless of age
and/or juniors may not play if they have reached their 19 th birthday, regardless of graduation date. Any junior that has graduated from
high school and enrolled in college is not eligible to play in the Junior Match Play Championship. Active Duty Military dependents
are exempt from three month residency requirement.
Match Play Rules Seminar: Monday, June 8, 2015, 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
All players and parents are invited to attend the Rules Seminar. The Match Play Rules Seminar is not mandatory, however, attendance
is strongly recommended as Match Play rules are different from Stroke Play rules.

Awards Ceremony: Friday, June 12, 2015 - immediately following play at Riverside Golf Course.
Rules and Regulations:
 Competition will be in accordance with the USGA Rules of Golf.
 Any boy or girl 13 years of age or older may declare for the Championship Division provided he or she does so before May
26, 2015 & is approved by the committee.
 Appropriate attire required during competition. Shirts must have collars. Tank tops, jeans, and short-shorts are not permitted.
 Caddies are allowed for any division without restriction as to who caddies as long as a player only has one caddie at a time.
Caddies cannot get a golf cart without written medical notice.
 This event qualifies for Greater San Antonio 2015 “Player of the Year” points for Championship Boys & Girls.

- Late entries will be admitted on a space available basis only.
- Due to certain incurred expenses such as printing, trophies, and postage, there will be no refunds after the deadline.
- Players withdrawing before the deadline are subject to a $15.00 service fee.
