THIS PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PLAY BY LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY AND
WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU ARE ELIGIBLE AND
LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AT THE TIME OF PARTICIPATION.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A
PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE
PROHIBITED. BY ENTERING, ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL
RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL IN ALL
RESPECTS.
1. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal United States residents, who are thirteen
(13) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to
participate: Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and
Marvel Entertainment, LLC (“Marvel”), as well as their respective parent, subsidiary and
affiliated companies, participating retailers, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment,
judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and
execution of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), and the immediate family
members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living
in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same
residence for at least three (3) months during the twelve-month period preceding the start
date of the Promotion).
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Central Time (“CT”)
on March 30, 2015 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on May 9, 2015 (“Promotion Period”).
Participants may register and start banking codes at 12:00:00 p.m. CT on March 16, 2015.
See Rule #3 below for details. The computer of Sponsor's Web master is the official timekeeping device of the Promotion.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
A. Create an Account: Between 12:00:00 p.m. CT on March 16, 2015 and 11:59:59 p.m. CT
on May 9, 2015, visit www.doritos.com (“Web Site”), look for the Promotion mention, and
follow the online instructions to create a Promotion account (“Account”). By registering for the
Promotion, you are opting in to receive communications relating to the Promotion.
B. Collect Entries: Collect entries by obtaining and entering Bag Codes from participating
products between 12:00:00 p.m. CT on March 16, 2015 and 11:59:59 p.m. CT on May 9,
2015.
i. Obtain Bag Codes: There are two (2) ways to obtain Bag Codes as outlined below.
(a) Purchase any specially-marked DORITOS® bag and look for a unique ten (10)-digit
alphanumeric code located on the back panel of the bag (each a “Bag Code”), while
supplies last. See below for a list of participating specially-marked products along
with their corresponding Code values.

(b) To receive a Bag Code (worth (4) entries) without making a purchase, send a 3" x
5" card with your full name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and email
address to be received by May 5, 2015 to: DORITOS Assemble the Avengers Bag
Code Request, PO Box 760016, Dept. 876-728, El Paso, TX 88576-0016. Limit one
(1) free Bag Code request per stamped-outer envelope. The Bag Code will be
emailed to the email address listed on the 3” x 5” card and is good for four (4)
entries. Limit one (1) free Bag Code request per stamped-outer envelope. Sponsor
and its agencies are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, misdirected, damaged,
postage-due, incomplete, unintelligible or undelivered mail or Bag Code Requests
or Bag Codes.
(c) In addition, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to distribute Bag
Codes at various times throughout the Promotion Period through additional means
which may include, but not be limited to, the following: (a) on game cards
distributed at select sampling sites and events, (b) by email to online subscribers of
Frito-Lay (subject to the terms and limitations set forth in such email); (c) by text
message to consumers who have opted to receive information about Frito-Lay
promotions via text message; and (d) through retailer specific promotions. If any
part of any game card or Bag Code is counterfeited, or if the game card or Bag
Code comes from other games or promotions, or if any part is illegible, mutilated,
eaten or tampered with in any way, or if it contains or reflects printing,
typographical, mechanical or other errors, the game card or Bag Code, as
applicable, will be rejected and will be deemed void and invalid.
ii. Enter Bag Codes online for entries: Visit the Web Site (https://avengers.doritos.com)
and follow the on-screen instructions to sign in (once you have already created an
Account). Enter Bag Code(s) where indicated. Your Account will be immediately
credited with the corresponding number of entries per Bag Code as outlined in the
table above.
C. Use or Bank Entry(ies): Next, choose to (i) use entry(ies) to enter for a chance to win a
featured prize or (ii) bank the entry and save it to use at a later time during the Promotion
Period. Entries collected and/or used for this Promotion are not eligible for any subsequent
drawings or promotions outside of the Promotion.
i. Enter a Prize Drawing: For each day of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will feature
one (1) or more prizes available for entry. Each prize will only be available for entry
during a specific time period as outlined in the table below. The Start Date indicates the
first day you will be able to enter for a chance to win a particular prize; the End Date
indicates the last day you will be able to enter for a chance to win that particular prize.
Each Start Date begins at 12:00:00 a.m. CT. Each End Date ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT.
If you choose to enter a Prize Drawing (as defined in Rule #4), for a chance to win a
particular prize, click on the applicable entry link corresponding to that prize. You may
designate as many entries as you have “banked” into any Prize Drawing and you may
enter multiple Prize Drawings, but a separate entry is required to enter each. Each time
you enter a Prize Drawing, one (1) entry will be automatically deducted from your
Account equal to the number of Entries you designated for that Prize Drawing. For
example, if you designated five (5) Entries in a Prize Drawing, five (5) Entries will be
deducted from your Account. Each entry can only be used one (1) time throughout the
Promotion Period.
ii. Bank Entry(ies): At the Web Site, review the prizes available for entry. If you do not
wish to enter for a chance to win a featured prize, entry(ies) will remain in your Account
until you choose to “Enter a Prize Drawing” as described above. Any entries remaining
in an entrant’s Account at the end of the Promotion Period will be forfeited without

4. RANDOM DRAWINGS: For each prize, one (1) winner will be selected in a random
drawing to be held on or about each Drawing Date as indicated in the table above (each a
“Prize Drawing”). Entries will not carry forward to subsequent Prize Drawings. Odds of
winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for a given Prize Drawing. All
drawings will be conducted by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final in all
matters relating to this Promotion. Limit one (1) prize per person/address/household.

Bulk Like Hulk Pack (1): $1,000, awarded in the form of a gift card which may be used

of Legacy Effects (1): Trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, California. Travel
must be completed by December 31, 2015. Trip consists of air transportation, doubleoccupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights, ground transfers from/to
airport/hotel/Sponsored activities, a private tour of Legacy Effects, admission for two (2) to iFly
Hollywood, two (2) one-day passes to Disneyland to see the Marvel Heroes, and $200 gift
card. ARV: $5,150.
Marvel’s Avengers: Age Of Ultron Spy Tour of Washington D.C. (1): Trip for winner and
one (1) guest to Washington, D.C. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2015. Trip
consists of air transportation, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for three (3) nights
(including daily breakfast at hotel), ground transfers from/to airport/hotel, and access to the
International Spy Museum. ARV: $5,000.
Marvel’s Avengers: Age Of Ultron Thor’s Asgardian Trip To Iceland (1): Trip for winner
and one (1) guest to Iceland. Travel must be completed by December 31, 2015. Trip consists
of air transportation, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (including
daily breakfast at hotel), and snowmobile ride to the Aurora Borealis. Passport required for
international travel. ARV: $7,000.
Private Screening Pack (1): Winner and up to one hundred (100) guests receive a private
screening of Marvel’s Avengers: Age Of Ultron and limited snacks and drinks during the
screening. Tentative prize award date: April 30, 2015. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV"):
$1,000.

Stark Shopping Spree (1): $2,500, awarded in the form of a gift card. ARV: $2,500.
Thor’s Replica Helmet (2): Limited-edition replica of Thor’s helmet. ARV: $700.
Virtual Reality Pack (2): Virtual Reality headset and new smart phone. ARV: $2,000.
Applicable to trip prizes: If winner cannot travel by or on the dates specified, prize may be
forfeited and an alternate winner selected (time permitting). Travel and accommodations (if
any) are subject to availability and change. Air transportation (if any) includes round-trip coach
air transportation to/from a major airport nearest winner’s home to the destination city. Ground
transportation and meals (other than as stated above), gratuities and all other expenses not
specified herein as part of the prize are solely winner’s responsibility. All travel subject to
availability, blackout periods, government restrictions and regulations, hotel, airline, airport or
other transportation terminal (or other types of transportation) restrictions and regulations.
Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed,
suspended or rescheduled prize-related activities (including, but not limited to airline flights)
beyond its control. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel
documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver’s license or passport) required for travel. Winner and
guest must travel on same itinerary. Any minor winner or guest (under age of 18; 19 in AL or
NE) must be accompanied at all times by minor's parent or legal guardian who must be the
winner or one of winner’s guests. Guest (or his/her/their parent[s] or legal guardian[s] if
minor[s]) must complete and return a Liability/Travel Release prior to prize-award date. Actual
value may depend on city/date/time of departure.
As applicable: Gift cards subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer.
For all prizes: Winner must accept prize as stated by Sponsor or prize may be forfeited and
awarded to an alternate winner. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not
be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes is $140,930.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by
Sponsor or Promotion Parties resulting from entrant's participation in or attempt to participate
in the Promotion or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with
the Promotion. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or the Promotion
Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the
following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Promotion: Hardware or software
errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet connectivity
or other online or network communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet
providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions;
failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted
transmissions; inaccessibility of the Web Site in whole or in part for any reason; traffic
congestion on the Internet or Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the
operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking,
theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, miscount,
misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of the Web Site used in connection with the
Promotion. Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties are responsible for any printing,
typographical, technical, computer, network or human error which may occur in the
administration of the Promotion, the uploading of entries, the announcement of prizes or
these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site. Use of
Web Site is at user’s own risk. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for any
personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or
any other person's computer resulting from participation in the Promotion. In the event of an
identity dispute, entry will be considered made by the registered owner of the email address
associated with the account used for entry. “Registered owner” is defined as the natural
person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service
provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the
domain associated with the submitted email address.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified by email at the email address provided
within the registration. The email message will provide instructions on how to redeem prize.
Winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability
Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of prize notification.
Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties are responsible for suspended or discontinued
wireless or online service which may result in a potential winner not receiving any prize
notification. Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties are responsible for any change in a
participant's email address, phone number, and/or mailing address. If attempted notification is
returned as undeliverable, if winner cannot be contacted or verified, if winner does not comply
with a specified time frame, if winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, or if
winner is otherwise disqualified, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate
winner. Prizes won by an eligible participant who is a minor in his or her state of residence
may be awarded to a minor’s parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required
documents, if any. If a winner's documents (if any) are not returned as specified by Sponsor,
in Sponsor's sole discretion, or if mail or prize is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable mail
without a forwarding address, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be
selected at Sponsor's discretion. As applicable, prizes will be shipped within eight (8) to
twelve (12) weeks of winner verification.
8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Promotion, entrants (and their
parent(s)/legal guardian(s) if entrants are minors) agree (a) to release Sponsor and Promotion
Parties from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant's
participation in the Promotion; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain
awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental,
consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all
causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall
be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims,
judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding
attorneys’ fees and court costs. By accepting any prize, recipients (and their parent(s)/legal
guardian(s) if entrants are minors) (a) agree that Sponsor and Promotion Parties, participating
retailers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents
will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability
for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part,
directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion; from acceptance, possession, misuse
or use of any prize and (b) grant (and agree to confirm grant in writing promptly upon request)
to Sponsor and those acting under Sponsor’s authority, the right to use his/her name,
photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements, and biographical information at any time or
times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or
hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the Internet without review, notification or approval,
and additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are
not liable in the event that any portion of the Promotion is canceled due to weather, fire, strike,
acts of war or terrorism, or any other condition beyond their control (a “Force Majeure Event”).
9. DISCLAIMER: Bag Codes are void if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels,
or if any part is defective, altered, duplicated, photocopied, forged, counterfeited, mutilated or
tampered with in any way, or if Bag Codes contain or are the result of printing, seeding,
typographical, mechanical or other errors, or do not contain proper security devices. Sole
liability for a regular official Bag Code is limited to replacement with a free randomly selected
official Bag Code, while supplies last. Bag Codes may not be transferred, sold, bartered,
auctioned (including through Internet auction sites), given away, traded or obtained through
any source other than through the methods described in these Official Rules. All submitted
Bag Codes become property of Sponsor, and will not be returned.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at
the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No transfer of prize is permitted. Unclaimed prizes will not
be awarded. If prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor
reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. If for any
reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical
failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness,
integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
to (a) disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the submission
process, and (b) cancel, modify or terminate the Promotion. In the event of cancellation,
Sponsor will randomly award the prizes among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior
to cancellation. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and all issues and
questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these
Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors
in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with,
the laws of State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By
entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts
for Collin or Dallas Counties, Texas.
