GIRL’S OZARK MOUNTAIN BASKETBALL CAMP
Ozark Mountain Basketball Camp is for Girls entering grades Kindergarten through 7th grade.
Please notice all camps are for girls only.
Place: Mountain Home High School Gyms; Junior High Physical Education Facility (new gym)
Date: June 4th – June 6th, 2015 (Thursday-Saturday)
Times: Tiny Tot Camp (Grades Kindergarten &1st Grade next year) 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Kindergarten
Pee Wee Camp (Grades 2nd and 3rd next year)
8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Junior High
Elementary Camp (Grades 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th next year)
8:00 a.m. – 12:30 a.m. MHHS
*We are extending the time for Elementary Camp since we are only going three days this year
Cost of the camp is: TINY TOT & PEE WEE - $30.00; ELEMENTARY - $60.00.
Please send at least a $25.00 deposit by May 29, the remainder of the fee to be paid on the first day of registration.
If you are unable to send a deposit by May 29, you can still register at the door on the first day of camp.
Make checks payable to Ozark Mountain Basketball Camp.
For families with two girls, the youngest girl attends for half price.

REGISTRATION FOR 4th – 7th GRADERS (next year) WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE HIGH SCHOOL GYMNASIUM.

sustained, incurred, or required arising out of the actions of any dependent in the course of the camp.
