Interest in Band Next Year Parents of 4th graders who are planning to be in band next year will need to stop by the music room between 3:30-‐5:30 on Thursday, May 14th to get information and make rental arrangements. Anyone who can't make it during that time and is planning to be in band next year should contact me by calling the office or by email at amorris@immaculate-‐conception.net. Important Notice to 8th Grade Parents 8th grade parents are reminded that all accounts are to be paid in full prior to 8th grade graduation, Thursday, May 14. That includes lunch and after school accounts, as well as tuition. If a parent has a particular problem, they are asked to call and talk with the principal. Important Notice ICS Parents Regarding Registration We would like to thank those parents who recently completed their registration papers and sent them to Mrs. Steele through the blue folder. We would like to remind you that no one will be available in the school office to register your children after Wednesday, June 10, so it is important that you register NOW. Book orders are in the process of being completed at this time. If your child is not included in the count, he/she may be delayed in having their books the first day of school. Since the cost of textbooks are so exorbitant, the school only orders books for registered homeroom counts. Please also remember that fees that are not paid prior to August 7 are automatically deducted from checking/saving accounts. We appreciate our parent/guardians support in these matters.
