There will be an opportunity for a guided tour of the library. 1.45pm – 2.00pm 2.00pm – 3.00pm Presidential Address. Annual General Meeting of the Association of Independent Libraries. 3.00pm – 3.15pm Kirsten Loach: an introduction to a collaborative PhD research project investigating the sustainability of cultural heritage in independent libraries. Round Table Discussion: Themes and format for future AIL Annual Meetings. 3.15pm-4.15pm 4.15pm Cream Tea (courtesy of the Tanner Trust). Sunday 14th June 11am Optional gathering for morning coffee at http://littlewondercafe.co.uk/. The café is very weather dependent, having only alfresco seating, but the Queen's Hotel is a good spot for coffee if the weather is inclement.
