Keynote Speaker: Professor. K. Vijayraghavan (Secretary of
Biotechnology) (Ministry of Science & Technology – Government of
India). He is a fellow of the Indian National Science Academy, the
Indian Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Sciences of
India. A fellow of the Royal Society (London), and an Associate Member of the EMBO, he was
conferred the Padma Shri (Fourth highest civilian award in India) on January 26, 2013 and in
April 2014 he was elected a Foreign Associate of the US National Academy of Sciences.
