MASTER TERM AND CONDITION

The. Member-Indian Value Card relationships is determined from the Member-Club Agreement given with the Member Application Form.

The Categories of the plan are given in detail on the Indian Value Card website www.indianvaluecard.com . The benefits given are
dependent upon the plan a member choose. Categories have ben designed to accommodate Members Requirements and recognize the
need for greatest flexibility.

The Company reserves the right to revise, amend or modify terms policy and package plan any time and in any manner it pleases subject

The membership is for a period of 12 Months (Twelve Months ) from the date of issue of Application form / Vouchers.

The Indian value Card after duly checking the authencity of the request may allow the reimbursement. It will be the sole discretion of the
Indian value Card after checking the request forwarded by the member to decide for further processing.
10. Member agrees it shall not be Indian value Card's Responsibility to compensate the Member on account of a dispute regarding delivery,
service, suitability, merchantability, availability and quality, o the products and/or services made available to them under the offer, without
first allowing the company to assume control of the dispute as per the foregoing provision.
11. All the facilities including benefits and discounts are subject to the usage terms mentioned on the back of the vouchers.
12. Vouchers are not transferable, Facilities must be used by the person who is a member of the Indian value Card .
13. The benefits and discounts given cannot be changed/Modoified unless the Indian value Card thinks fit to change the same with prior notice
of the same to the member.
14. All the request forwarded by the member are subject to availability at the time of booking/redemption of voucher. The Vouchers cannot be
clubbed with any other package.
15. It is presumed that once the Application form for membership is signed, the member given it explicit consent to the Indian value Card
representatives and allow them to apprise about the products through various modes of communications. The member is estopped from
denying the membership once ratified.
16. If any member fails to comply with the agreement and terms & conditions of the club, or in the opinion of the Owners of managers conducts
himself or herself violates clauses of the club's agreement n such a manner as is calculated to bring club into disrepute, they may at their
absolute discretion either caution, suspended or expel any such member.
17. Where Membership is withdrawn for any (serious reason) Indian value Card reserve the right to retain from the date of issue of Application
form / a proportion of the money which Member have paid to them under this agreement to cover any reasonable costs Indian value Card
have incurred as a result. Where a member pays by installment, fees paid prior to any serious incident will not be refunded.
18.
If the Member wants to cancel the request for availing the service, them the same will be decided upon the general business being
followed by the Indian value Card .
19.
The Cancellation will only be accepted within 15days from the date of cheque clearance the member for payment of fees and for the
cancellation member shaft visit register office along with welcome kit and ID/Resident Proof. After the said, period, no refund will be given.
20. If Indian value Card suspects that the member is involved in any fraud, misrepresentation of coercion in respect to the benefits given by the
Club then the same is subject to administrative/legal action which may also include termination of membership.
21. IN the event of Voucher Booklet is lost, the member must immediately intimate us through the helpline number available on the back of the
voucher and a written request either the new booklet will be issued on payment of Rs. 500 and Minimum of 7 working days is required to
issue the same.
22.
The Parties hereto shall, in respect of all disputes and differences that may arise between them, abide by the provisions relating to
arbitration and conciliation Specified under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996.
23. The parties hereto agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Lucknow for jurisdiction purpose.
