Client Charter
Infinity’s client charter sets out the basis
of the relationship between Infinity,
Infinity’s consultants and our clients.
1.
Infinity is completely independent and not tied to any financial institution.
2. Infinity consultants will always carry out a comprehensive fact-find with our clients. This document
allows us to determine your current financial circumstances, future plans, needs, objectives and attitude
to risk. This document, as well as subsequent reviews, will form the factual basis on which our advice is
given.
3. In line with current international legislation on money laundering, Infinity is required to carry out due
diligence on clients and the source of funds. We will fully explain this process to you.
4. Infinity never handles your money. All financial dealings are conducted between you and the financial
institution concerned.
5. Prior to completion of relevant application forms, Infinity will explain to you the type of product
recommended and will supply you with the product brochure, technical guide and Product Key Facts
Statement from the relevant financial institution for you to read and retain for future reference.
6. Infinity explains in full the charging structure and any possible cancellation penalties that you may
incur prior to an application for any product.

Infinity will explain to you (if relevant to the product) that unit values can go down as well as up and
that past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance.
8. Some investment funds within an insurance policy may generate additional initial commission. If this
is the case, we undertake to rebate this commission to you (in full) by way of increased allocation. In the
event that a selected fund has an exit penalty, we will highlight these penalties to you in writing
9. Infinity is dedicated to building a long term business relationship with our clients and is committed to
regular face to face meetings as part of our service.
10. All Infinity clients are provided with direct contact details of a senior member of the Board of Directors. Infinity is regulated in Malaysia by the Labuan
