Jennifer Hamilton, CEO & CPA (inactive) Mrs. Hamilton is honored to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Institute for Mastering Success. The Institute escalates teams of promotable people. We train on the art and science of relationships to managers and their staff in professional services and technical fields. Promotable people master their relationships with work, their team, clients, and themselves. Mrs. Hamilton has over 20 years of business, team management, and teaching experience ranging from consulting and auditing non-‐profits and universities at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Moss Adams to teaching and training professionals on behalf of the California Department of Education, DeVry University’s Becker CPA Review, and Grossmont College. Mrs. Hamilton has a long past and deep passion for making a difference in her community. She co-‐ founded The Heights Charter school and founded CAB Foundation at UC Santa Barbara. Mrs. Hamilton is active in the community as a partner and Treasurer of the Board of San Diego Social Venture Partners, Treasurer for Alternative Healing Network, mentor to San Diego State University’s Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity, and a member of both University Club of San Diego and Connected Women of Influence. She served on Volunteer San Diego’s Board of Directors as Chief Financial Officer and advisor to its youth leadership council. Mrs. Hamilton also served as Treasurer for Excel Youth Zone. As an advisory member, Mrs. Hamilton volunteered with University of San Diego’s Character Development Center, SpendSmart.org, and Youth Service California Advisory Council. As a proud mother, she served as the PeaceJam Club adult volunteer leader for her two children and their classmates performing service-‐learning projects in connection with Nobel Peace Laureates.
