Deliver the vehicle in a good condition
VALID Car registration’s
VALID Car insurance
Car maintenance.
Provide alternative car with in 48 hours maxim in case of car
defect
Renter obligations:
1- Obligate to keep the car safe and return it in the same condition
2- Drive the car him/herself, any other driver prohibited from
operating Vehicle...
3- Never uses the car against applicable Sudanese law. Renter is
responsible for all acts committed by him during the rental
period.
CONDTIONS:
IN CASE OF (RTA) ROAD TARFIC ACCEDANET
1-TH RENTER must PAY an AMOUNT OF 1000 SDG
2-THE CAR CONSDER IN RENTED OUT TO RENTER DURING
THE PERIOD UNTILL THE PAPER WROKE FINLAIZED.
IN CASE OF TOTAL LOSS.
1-THE RENTER PAYS AN AMLUONT EQUIVELANT TO 30 DAYS RENT.
2- THE RENTER MUST PAY THE INSURANCE SURCHARGE AMOUNT.
3-IN CASE THE INSURANCE COMPANY DIDNOT COVER FOR REASON
THAT RETUREN TO RENTAL USING (DRIVENING UNDER ALOCHOL,THE
CAR WAS DRIVEN BY A NOTHER PERSON EXCLUDED FROM THE
CONTRACT, BAD DRIVING ATTIUED……ETC) THE RENTER MUST PAY
THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF THE CAR LOSS.
