Participation at CMEF 2015 - Shanghai Program (12-17 May 2015) Participation at HKMDS 2015 – Hong Kong Program (17-20 May 2015): Participants are responsible for their airfares, hotel accommodations, travel and health insurance, China visa and all incidental expenses. I agree to the above noted terms: I hereby commit my company to participate as part of IIR’s presence/mission. Participation will include but is not limited to the tentative program including: exhibiting at the Alberta Showcase Booth and the participation in the business programs arranged for the delegates. Hold Harmless and Liability The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alberta International and Intergovernmental Relations from any and all third party claims, demands, actions or costs (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis) for which the Participant is legally responsible, including those arising out of negligence or willful acts by the Participant or the Participant’s employees or agents.
