China International Medical Equipment Fair (CMEF)
Founded in 1979, CMEF has become the largest exhibition of medical
equipment, related products and services in the Asia Pacific region. The Fair
showcases over ten thousand medical products, in scope from imaging,
in-vitro diagnosis, electronics, optics, first aid, rehabilitation nursing to
medical information technology and outsourcing services. It provides
services to the entire medical industry supply chain.
The Hong Kong International Medical Devices and
Supplies Fair 2015 (HKMDS)
With more than 200 exhibitors from around the world, the HKMDS links life
science provides with buyers from Asia and around the world. Hong Kong is
seen by many as Asia’s leading medical hub due to its many years of being
a centre for advanced technology as well as its central geographic position.

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Alberta International and Intergovernmental Relations (IIR) is organizing the Alberta Medical Devices Mission.
Participation at CMEF 2015 - Shanghai Program (12-17 May 2015)
Participation at HKMDS 2015 – Hong Kong Program (17-20 May 2015):
Participants are responsible for their airfares, hotel accommodations, travel and health insurance, China visa and all incidental expenses.
I agree to the above noted terms:
I hereby commit my company to participate as part of IIR’s presence/mission. Participation will include but is not limited to the tentative program including:
exhibiting at the Alberta Showcase Booth and the participation in the business programs arranged for the delegates.
Hold Harmless and Liability
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alberta International and Intergovernmental Relations from any and all third party claims, demands,
actions or costs (including legal costs on a solicitor-client basis) for which the Participant is legally responsible, including those arising out of negligence or
willful acts by the Participant or the Participant’s employees or agents. This hold harmless provision shall survive this Agreement.
