Health insurance (EU students)
As an European Union (EU) student you must bring your European Health Insurance
Card. This is necessary to access to health assistance in the public system during your
stay in Catalonia. See information about it in:
http://ec.europa.eu/social/main.jsp?catId=559
Furthermore, this will be required to all EU students for the legal procedure of
registration at the Police, at your arrival. We will inform you about it when you arrive.
Academic Information
FINAL PROJECT- The students intending to do their final project here will receive a list
with project proposals of their specific field after we receive the documents (application
form, learning agreement, etc) duly filled. Usually, for our projects (written work + oral
presentation) you will receive 24 ECTS. It is important to let us know the project you
have chosen before your arrival to make sure you can do it or also to have the time to
find a suitable project for you.
SUBJECTS- The students intending to take subjects need to know that all the classes are
taught either in Spanish or Catalan and there are also some subjects taught in English.
https://www.eet.upc.edu/curs-actual/informacio-estudis-de-grau/assignaturesimpartides-en-angles
Before taking a decision you should first check in our website the timetables (since some
subjects might overlap in days, time or semester) and the contents. To avoid these
problems, it is better if you take subjects within the same semester.
Important: To get information about subjects given by Prof. Beatriz Escribano, it is
required to have a meeting with her before enrolling in lessons.
Website: http://www.eet.upc.edu/estudis/estudis-de-grau/plans-destudi
Note that you must choose courses from Q1, Q3, Q5 and Q7 if you come from
September to January; courses from Q2, Q4, Q6 and Q8 are given from February to
June.
If you need more information we have a list of F.A.Q. :
