Official day of arrival: May 22nd

Entry Deadline: May 15th
Technical Meeting: May 23rd at 9:00 at the venue (1st match will start at 11.00)

3. Competition Venue
The Venue that will stage all the competition and training is:
• Dalum hallen
• Number of courts: 4
• Warm-up courts: 2
• Mejerivej 2, 5260 Odense S, Denmark
4. Accommodation
It will be possible to stay overnight in the clubhouse right next to the beach volleyball courts.
It will be open dormitory. Price: 15 euros incl. breakfast or DKR 100 if you pay in Danish currency.
Registration for accommodation is binding and payable on arrival. Registration for the accommodation is

5. Financial matters
Each participating team will cover their own travel cost from the port of entry to the venue and the return
journey.
Price Money: 1100 Euros
Registration fee: 100 Euros to be paid to the organizer
Payment for each participating team should be made by 28th of May to the Danish Volleyball Federation.

6. Registration and communication

7. Deadline
Registration deadline is Tuesday the 15th of May
Payment to Danish Volleyball Federation by the 16th of May
8. Competition Schedule
The competition format is pool play and single elimination.
The competition schedule will be released after teams have confirmed and concluded all financial
matters.
The semifinals will be played on Monday the 25th at 12:00 and the final at 15:00
9. Technical Meeting
Technical Meeting will be organized at the venue Saturday May 23rd at 9:00
Uniforms: The organizers will not have uniforms for the teams
Each team must bring 2 sets of uniforms to the competition (2 different colors) to the Technical Meeting
for approval.
Payment: Teams must bring a copy of paid registrations fee to the Technical Meeting
10. Refereeing
There will be 3 National referees at the tournament. Most matches will be led by the National referees
but in some matches teams will have to referee each other.
In general, this means that the losers will have to referee the match after they have lost a game.
