Future Plans and Projects
The hype of liberalization in the telecommunications sector under the World
Trade Organization (WTO) framework starting in 2006 has brought about an important
factor that all operators have to be aware of and be very well prepared in order to
cope with the new borderless business environment. The effects as a result of
liberalization are not only beneficial for us but in contrary, it could also be problematic
especially for those who are less prepared.
In order to gain competitiveness and complement the changing environment,
we, CAT Telecom have assessed our position and furnished our project planning
