Official Hong Kong Sevens Out of Ground Hospitality
Officially appointed by the HKRFU, Ironmonger Events is delighted to offer Official Out of Ground Hospitality in a luxury
marquee facility just 50 yards from Hong Kong stadium and overlooking the Rugby Village. Guests will enjoy a delicious
breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea in our air conditioned marquee or alternatively enjoy the festive atmosphere in the lounge
area overlooking the Village and Big Screen.
Hospitality includes:
• Live coverage of all the Sevens action on plasma screens
• Large outdoor lounge area overlooking the Village and Big Screen
• Complimentary bar (until final whistle)– beer, wines, house spirits and soft drinks
• Breakfast buffet including egg station, full cooked and continental breakfast, unlimited tea, coffee, juices.

STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please complete and return the booking form, with your cheque made payable to Ironmonger Events Ltd. and send to Suite 902, 9th floor, Double Building, 22 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due strictly 7 days from date of invoice. Payment for a booking made within 8 weeks of an event is due in full at the time the booking is made. Ironmonger Events reserves the right to cancel bookings, with the loss of deposit or
cancellation fees charged, as detailed below, where the payment terms are not met. All invoices unpaid after their respective due date for payment shall carry interest on the amounts outstanding from time to time at a rate of 2% above the
current base rate of HSBC. Bookings taken 2 weeks prior to the event must be paid immediately.
CANCELLATIONS
The client may only terminate an order by notice in writing to Ironmonger Events Limited. Ironmonger Events shall be entitled to charge:
- The total value of the package ordered, verbally or in writing, if the cancellation is received less than 4 working weeks prior to the commencement of the event.
- 50% of the total value of the package ordered if the cancellation is received more than 4 but less than 12 weeks before.
- The loss of the deposit or a 10% cancellation fee, whichever is the greater amount for any cancellation to a confirmed booking received more than 12 weeks
prior to an event.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
A receipted invoice will be issued with the booking confirmation and the balance invoice, where appropriate, will be sent in good time for payment to be
effected by the final due date, being 4 weeks in advance of the event. All tickets or admission badges labels will be sent on receipt of final payment only.
LOST TICKETS OR BADGES
Ironmonger Events Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any tickets or badges once they have left the office. Payment must be made for any replacement tickets
or badges.
CATERING
The Ironmonger appointed caterer has sole rights for the provision of food and liquor in the hospitality area and therefore no items of this nature may be brought
into any enclosure.
ADVERTISING
Hospitality facility users may not affix or display or permit or suffer to be affixed or displayed anything whatsoever outside the facility, or visible from outside the
facility without the express consent of the IronMonger Events management.
ABANDONMENT
In the event of the Sevens being cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the start, no refunds will be made and patrons are still welcome to use the facilities. Where the
event is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the game, a refund will be made subject to necessary charges for catering. Hong Kong Sevens tickets will be refunded
in accordance to the Hong Kong Rugby Football Union ticketing terms and conditions.
REVISIONS
Whilst every effort will be made to present the packages exactly as described, the management reserves the right to alter where necessary the details set out in
the brochure whilst maintaining the value of any package offered.
TOILETS
The hospitality accommodation is temporary and may be serviced by portable cloakrooms.
RESELL OF PACKAGE
These official Out of Ground Hospitality Packages are not intended to be resold with travel and/or accommodation services, products or benefits.
