*Wildlife packet: 2 high-bush cranberry, 2 crabapple, 2 American plum, 2 juneberry, 2 chokecherry.
*Low Bush Blueberry note: It’s recommended that compost or pine needles be incorporated into the soil, to provide adequate acidity.
*Upland seed mix: Each unit is intended to cover 500 sq ft. 60% - 4 showy grass species, and 40% - 23 species of wildflowers. Seeding
instructions will be provided with the seed packet.
*Wetland seed mix: Each unit will cover 500 square feet. 90% - 14 species of grasses, sedges & bulrushes, and 10% - 18 species of
wildflowers. Intended for wetland and shoreline plantings. Seeding instructions will be provided with the seed packet.
*Tree Shelters: Yellow plastic mesh, 36 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter; each comes with a bamboo stake for securing.
*Plantskydd deer repellent: Plantskydd is a blood derivative which triggers a predatory reaction, and deer are deterred by the smell. It
typically needs to be applied spring & fall, & 1 quart treats 100 plants, 1 foot tall. The 1 lb powder concentrate mixes to make 4 quarts.
*Repellex deer repellent: Repellex is a pill-like tablet added to the soil when planting. Gives plants a hot pepper taste that deters deer and rabbits. One tablet per foot of
plant height until out of browse height.
