 Coaches:
 Head coaches Anatoly and Larisa Ivanov are National Russian coaches with more than 30 years of experience. All
coaches are USA Gymnastics Junior Olympic program professional members and Safety Certified by USA
Gymnastics. Our staff is made up of coaches and trainers, who have been selected for their ability to teach, keep children
excited about what they are learning, and help build confidence through success.
 What is Summer Camp?
 At Ivanov’s Gymnastics, campers ages 3 years and older do gymnastics and tumbling with high activity classes at
every individual skill level. Beginners are welcome! We work hard to help all children improve their strength and
flexibility, as well as specific gymnastics skills. Training in gymnastics will contribute to your child’s later success in
every other sport. But that’s not all: in addition to gymnastics, campers will have the opportunity to play innovative and
cooperative games and stretch their “creativity muscles” with arts & crafts activities.
 Camp hours:
 ½ day camp: ages 3 – 4.5 y.o. 9am-12:30pm - Drop off from 8:50-9am, Pickup from 12:20-12:30pm
 Full day camp: ages 4.5 – 13 y.o. 9am-3pm - Drop off from 8:50-9am, Pickup from 2:50-3pm
 Extended Care:
 Before Care: 8-9AM - $20/week, or $5/day. No Charge for Before Care if child dropped off after 8:50am.
 After Care: 3-5PM - $40/week, or $10/day. No Charge for After Care if child picked up by 3:05pm.
 Fee for both Before & After Care: $50.00/week – This rate only available if fees paid in advance.
 No After Care Fee will be charged for any days that a student attends gymnastics classes after camp (at 4 or 5 PM).
 Your intention to use Before Care and /or After Care must be given in writing in advance, and paid in advance.
 Late Pick-up Policy: Anyone not picked up by 3:05 will automatically be put into After Care and charged accordingly.
If you are more than 5 minutes late in picking up your child after the end of After Care, there is a $5.00 late pick-up fee
for each 10-minute period. Any late pick up fees MUST be paid on the day they are incurred.
 Tuition:
 Full Day Camp, 9 AM to 3 PM – Daily: $35.00 per day; Weekly: $160.00 per week. If a child is registered for more
than 4 full weeks (Mon-Friday) of camp, the tuition for any additional weeks will be $140.00/week.
 Half Day Camp, 9AM-12:30pm – Daily: $20.00 per day; Weekly: $90.00 per week. There is no multi-week
discount for Half Day Campers.
 How do I register my child for Camp?
 Fill out the Registration form on the reverse side, sign it, and submit it with the following fees:
 Camp registration Fee of $20.00 (for non-members only, there is NO FEE for Registered Ivanov’s students)
 Tuition IN FULL for the FIRST week of camp, plus Before and After Care fees (if needed).
 One day ($20 or $35) deposit required for each additional week or portion of a week of camp for which you are
registering your child. The balance for the week and Before & After Care fees should be paid NO LATER
THAN THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP FOR THAT WEEK, or your child will not be allowed to stay at camp.
 What is your refund policy? We must receive written notice of your cancellation at least 2 weeks prior to the start of
Camp. We will refund your deposits (less a $15.00 processing fee). If you choose to cancel less than 2 weeks before the
start of Camp, absolutely no refunds can be given. No make-ups and no refunds if your child doesn’t come for Camp.
 GYM RULES:
 Proper attire must be worn at all times.
 *GIRLS-leotards or shorts and t-shirts *BOYS-shorts and T-shirt *Bare feet (shoes worn to enter the gym)
 Shorts should have elastic waistbands, with no snaps, buckles or zippers.
 DO NOT WEAR
 *JEWELRY, especially large earrings *Belts, shorts with metal or plastic clips, snaps, buttons, or zippers
 Long hair must be pulled back from the face and held in place with a small rubber band or flat barrettes.
 NO large hair ornaments or headbands
 All gymnasts must warm up. Warm-ups are essential to our program and help to prevent injuries. If your child arrives late,
your child will have to warm-up before participating in the class.
 Only registered campers are allowed in the gym.
 All campers must follow safety rules and gym regulations.
 Ivanov’s Gymnastics is not responsible for any personal items brought to camp.

Liability Waiver and Release: I hereby authorize the staff of Ivanov’s Gymnastics Academy to act for me according to their best judgment in any
emergency requiring medical attention. I hereby waive and release Ivanov’s Gymnastics Academy from any and all liability for any injury or loss
