(IYANA) 2015 (GROUP COMPETITIONS)
RULES & GUIDELINES
-
Total of 10 teams will be allowed.
-
Entry Fee:
1-6 parcitipants $100.00 more than 6 participants each participant is $15.00
-
All Entry forms along with Participant Consent Forms and entry fee must be postmarked to
I.Y.A.N.A., 151 S. Belleza Lane, Anaheim, CA 92807, no later than Saturday, April 11th, 2015.

Each team must attach a sheet of paper with a photocopied page of each participant’s student
identification card.

Teams will be notified of their entrance into the competition no later than Monday, April 13th,
2015.

The final music cut, team picture are due by Saturday, April 18th, 2015
-
The registration fee for the ten teams competing in IYANA will not be refunded. The registration
fee for the teams that are not selected for the competition will be fully refunded.

Since the participants are under 18 years of age, a parent signature is required.

The item should reflect Indian culture through any Indian song. The music should not exceed six
(6) minutes. No exceptions.

Entire team must report to PYLUSD Performing Arts Center, Sunday, April 26th, 2015 for the
program. No more than one parent/teacher per group will be allowed backstage. No exceptions.

All participants knowingly participate in the IYANA Film Dance competition at their own risk and
waive all claims for injury, damage or loss to his or her person and property during their
participation and release the promoters, directors, principals, agents and employees of IYANA
from any liability for injury, damage or loss which may be caused by any act or omission of any of
them.

Photographs, recordings, taping, or filming of participants by any and all IYANA staff members or
members of the press become the property of IYANA and may be used for any and all purposes.

IYANA board reserve’s the right to change any or all of these rules and will notify all participants
of any such changes.

Monday, April 13th, 2015: Teams will be notified about their application status.
Saturday, April 18th, 2015: The final music CD, team pictures are due.
