Adult Courses
Beginner & Improver
One hour and a half of tennis
aimed at beginners and rusty
rackets. Players will work on
technique and tactics in a fun low
pressure environment.
Technical/Tactical
One and a half hours of high
energy tennis instruction aimed at
intermediate to advanced players.
Players will work on the latest
techniques as well as develop
some great match playing tactics.
Mens Drills One and a half hours of hitting,
hitting and more hitting. Aimed
at men only this will be highly
competitive matchplay and drills
session looking at match tactics
and singles play.
Ladies Drills
One and a half hours of hitting,
hitting and more hitting. Aimed at
women only this will be a super
fun and friendly doubles drills
session with some singles hitting
thrown in too.
Cardio Tennis
One hour and a quarter of highenergy tennis set to music.
Hit lots of balls, have lots of fun
and get fitter!
