The top is sewed with some decorative stiches on the net. The off shoulder is a plain net with a lining from the bust. I gave it a red piping from where the lining starts. It’s a princess cut top with a shoelace pattern at the back for adjusting the fitting of the top. It also adds as a decorative element too. In addition, I added a red piping along the border of sleeve This is a full-‐length umbrella cut skirt with a long lace to tie around the waist. Both the ends of the lace have an attached small cream colored pom-‐pom, which hangs freely along the side of the skirt Using my 6600P, I sewed a 6-‐inch border around the skirt with various kinds of decorative stitches that the machine offers. The machine was simply superb! It’s user friendly, especially for quilting. When I bought my machine from Sharynn’s Quilt Box, I had no idea how to quilt so Sharynn taught me how and then I made a beautiful pink baby quilt, which I gave as a gift to our friend when she had a child. Along with the above, I also converted an antique bed into a chase by doing upholstery to a mattress and adding a few decorative pillows and cushions to it. Adding lace to the edges of cushions made it more decorative. I made 2 bolster pillows so that it can be used as an armrest. These antique chairs are at least 80 years old and used to be my grandfather’s. My mom was going to throw them out, so I varnished them and made 2 decorative cushions with lace. You can also see a floor cushion near the wooden pillar that I trimmed out of a circular foam pattern. They are so comfortable. These decorative tablemats are small pieces of cloth with lace borders sewed to it Enjoy!
