Account Service Manager, Corporate Partnerships
The Account Service Representative will proactively manage the
integration and flawless execution and of all sponsorship components
for each of our corporate partnerships. The ASR will act as a key
contact for assigned partners of TNSE maintaining a day-to-day
relationship between the partners and designated contacts and provide
exemplary service to them. The ASR will ensure all elements of the
sponsorship agreements are thoroughly executed including; appropriate
branding, promotional activities, appropriate multi-media, digital media
and print elements, coordination and execution of events and/or
promotions and trafficking/monitoring of production material related to
each partnership.
 Communicates closely with Account Manager, Corporate
Partnerships (or Manager responsible for the account) to ensure all
elements of partnership agreements are executed with the highest
standard set by TNSE.
 Manage the execution of all aspects of a partnership agreement
including: branding, promotional activities and events (internal and
external).
 Trafficking/monitoring all production material related to the
corporate partnership.
 Coordinate all contracted partnership game production elements.
 Ensures consistency and balance in delivery of partnership services
and activations.
 Maintain sponsorship files as it relates to all communications with
the corporate partner.
 Work with Sales Coordinator to ensure appropriate levels of
sponsorship activation inventory to support account execution (ingame prizing, rinkboards, collateral material etc.)
 Collect and maintain records with regard to partnership activities
including: Twitter, Facebook, Jets Mail, external events, internal
events (attendance, participation, impressions etc.).
 Participate in development of promotions and/or activations for
corporate partners.

Participate in evaluating the success of partnership components.
Communicate with internal Event Management team to coordinate
all sponsor use of the TNSE facilities (ice, room functions,
concourse displays, deliveries etc.), as required.
 Provide suggestions and recommendations for events/programming
aligned with overall corporate priorities.
 Post Secondary Education (Business Administration, B. Comm, or
related field).
 Minimum 3 years experience in sales/customer service role.
 Results driven with the ability to set goals and deliver on priorities.
 Superior attention to detail and excellent personal organization.
 Strong Customer Service Skills with ability to ensure excellent
customer service for both internal and external clients.
 Excellent written and oral communication.
 The capacity to prioritize competing demands in a diverse and
evolving environment, independently managing deadlines and
corresponding workload.
 Sound interpersonal skills and judgment to aid in management of
relationships with various clients, suppliers subordinates, peers and
supervisors as required in this role.
 Very strong organizational skills to stay on task and effectively
manage competing demands towards successful and timely
completion of projects.
 Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and
Microsoft Excel.
 Working knowledge of the corporate
sponsorship/branding/marketing industry.
 Ability to problem solve quickly.
 Passionate about the sports and entertainment industry.
 Have access to a vehicle.
 Will adjust schedule as needed to meet department demands, work
goals and time constraints, including working nights, weekends, and
holidays as hockey and event schedule directs.
To be detailed in compensation and incentive plan. Subject to annual
review.
Ability to put customer needs and organizational goals at the forefront
while still striving to meet individual performance targets.
1. Walk/stand for long periods of time. Walk/stand on concrete for long
periods during events. Work extra long days on event days.
2. Work evenings and weekends and event nights as required.
