Terms of payment

the reservation form. 10% deposit, less reservation fee, payable

• The balance is payable upon completion (completion dates at this stage
are best estimates but cannot be guaranteed. Your dedicated Customer
Relationship Manager will provide updates at regular intervals through
the construction process).
Documentation required for exchange of contract
• Photo identification – Photo ID card/passport.
• A current utility bill (gas, electricity, landline telephone bill (mobile phone
bills are not acceptable) or bank statement showing name and home
address no more than three months old. If neither document can be
provided then an Inland Revenue demand or a letter from an employer,
stating home address.
• Please be advised that solicitors will need to see the original copies of
the above documents.
