Terms and Conditions:
1. The Camp Director will assign each junior counselor to a group of campers and Junior counselors will follow the
assignments as directed.
2. Jonior Counselors will be responsible for their assigned group and ensure to be with the group at all times.
3. Any change in the assignments will only be made by the camp director.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet campers, invite and involve them in activities, assist them during lunch and clean the work area after
campers
leave, accompany campers for the field trip and while dismissing them at the end of each camp day, accept
any other
additional responsibilities as required by camp director.
Expectations from junior counselors:
1. Carry positive attitude and polite behavior
2. Be punctual
3. Give your best in all assignments /tasks
4. Keep the camp safe , neat and enjoyable
5. Avoid abusive language / behavior like , hitting pushing etc
6. Be creative and spontaneous
