Just Jump Australia Pty Ltd (JJ) agrees to supply, and I agree to pay for, the use of the Just Jump services, including
but not limited to [indoor trampolines and parkour activities/equipment and foam pit of all descriptions including
games such as Dodge Ball/basketball and Parkour – extreme sport – practice facilitation and fitness classes]
(Services).
I acknowledge that there are inherent risks in my use of the Services, including but not limited to the following: cuts and
bruises, falling off equipment or structures, sprains or broken wrists, ankles and legs, or other broken bones or serious
injuries, falling on other participants, or being fallen on by other participants. I acknowledge that these risks increase if I
engage in any of the following practices: double bouncing (more than one person per square metre of trampoline),
flipping, running and bouncing off the walls.
I acknowledge that the Services are recreational services for the purposes of, and as defined in, Section 139A of the
Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and that I am participating in them voluntarily for the purposes of recreation,
enjoyment or leisure, notwithstanding the risks of participation.
To the extent permitted by section 139A of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, I hereby waive my rights under
sections 60, 61 and 62 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 to the extent that it relates to, and release and
discharge JJ from, any liability for any breach of section 64 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 resulting in:
a. My death; or
b. a physical or mental injury to me (including the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of such an
injury); or
c.
the contraction, aggravation or acceleration of any disease by, or in, me; or
d. the coming into existence, the aggravation, acceleration or recurrence of any other condition,
circumstance, occurrence, activity, form of behaviour, course of conduct or state of affairs in relation
to me:
i. that is or may be harmful or disadvantageous to me or community; or
ii. that may result in harm or disadvantage to me or the community.
I hereby release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless JJ from any and all loss, damage, liability,
claim, demand, expense (including any legal expenses reasonably incurred in the enforcement of these terms and
conditions), or cause of action (excluding any loss, damage, liability, claim, demand, expense or cause of action to which
clause 4 relates) which has been caused or contributed to by my negligent or wrongful act or omission in connection with
my participation in, or my use of, the Services.
I warrant that:
a. I am over 18 years of age;
b. I have read the rules on the back of these terms and conditions, and I agree to abide by them;
c.
I have explained the rules to the minors listed below (if any).
These terms and conditions commence on the date of signing, and will continue for a period of 12 months from the
date of signing, including in respect of any minors listed in these terms and conditions.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia.

I further grant JJ the right to photograph, videotape, and/or record me and/or my child/ward and to use my or my
child's/wards' name, face, likeness, voice and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, advertising and
promotional materials without reservation or limitation.

18 MUST be supervised by a parent or guardian. Just Jump takes no responsibility for injuries caused within the Centre.
