All cattle traveling to the Kalbar Showground’s MUST have an NLIS device applied before leaving
property of origin (this includes calves).
All cattle present at a Show must have the individual identifications read and the movements to and from the
site recorded on the showground’s Property Identifications Code (PIC) in the database.
RULES
1. All cattle in this section shall be bona fide property of the exhibitor for 2 months.
2. An exhibitor in this section cannot compete in more than one class.
3. ALL FAT CATTLE TO BE HORN TIPPED EXCEPT VEALER CLASSES.
4. No competitor permitted to enter judging area while judging is in progress (unless they are a steward)
5. Any exhibit found to be incorrectly entered may be transferred at the discretion of the stewards.
6. Cattle not accompanied by a fully completed Waybill & NVD will be refused entry.
7. All cattle to be offered for sale, if passed in, commission to be paid on last bid.
8. Entries close 6.00p.m. Thursday 11th June, 2015.
9. All cattle to be penned by 5.00 p.m. Friday 12th June, 2015
10. Judging to commence 8.00 a.m. Saturday 13th June, 2015

In this Waiver, Release and Acknowledgement Form “the Society” means and includes all affiliated entities; servants or agents of
the Society, all employees of the Society , all members of the Society and all volunteers of the Society and/or all affiliated entities.
By exhibiting in the Show:
1. I acknowledge that it is a condition of exhibiting in the Show that I do so at my own risk. I accept all risks and release the
Society from all claims, demands and proceedings arising out of or connected with my exhibiting in the Show and
indemnify the Society together with any other organisation or person involved in the conduct of the Show against all
liability for any injury, loss or damage arising out of or connected with my exhibiting in the Show. This release continues
forever and binds all of my heirs, successors, executors, personal representatives and assigns.
2. I acknowledge that it is a condition of exhibiting in the Show that the Society and any person or body directly or indirectly
associated with the Show are absolved from all liability arising for injury or damage to myself or my property howsoever caused
arising out of my exhibiting in the Show.
3. I acknowledge that the Society relies on the information provided by me and state that all such information is accurate and
complete.
4. I acknowledge that I must produce evidence to the Society that I have a current policy of public liability insurance.
