The company focuses on sub-deliveries of sheet-metal components and final products to both
foreign and domestic customers. The products are manufactured according to the specification
and documentation provided by the customer, which is then processed in the design department into
the manufacturing design. Productions from aluminium and stainless steel have separate manufacturing
areas and technologies.

In order to achieve the goals and increase efficiency of all processes, the Company was restructured and certified
according to the integrated quality management system. The system combines both quality management and environment and safety, which reflects the Company’s effort to minimise the negative impact of its operations on the society
and workers
One of the most significant management tools is the continuous improvement system, which has been an insepa-
rable part of the company structure for several years
and which serves as a major tool for the continuous
improvement of the company processes.
All workers and quality inspectors are equipped
with modern measuring instruments to ensure
accurate inspection of all manufacturing processes.
Fully assembled products often including electric
or pneumatic installations undergo comprehensive
inspection and operational testing prior dispatch to the
customer.

STAINLESS STEEL AND AUMINIUM PRODUCT PORTFOLIO
Starting with the first operation, manufacturing of products from stainless steel and aluminium is separated
technologically and space-wise. This is in line with the most demanding material separation requirements of the
food processing and pharmaceutical industries. Surface of such products is then either grinded or blasted with
ceramic abrasive.

PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES
LASER CUTTING AND PUNCHING
Sheet metal laser cutting can be performed by four Swiss laser cutters BYSTRONIC as well as by a punching machine
TRUMPF. All machines are able to cut various types of materials up to the 1,500 x 3,000mm format. BYSTAR 3015
is equipped with a CNC rotating axis for a 3D profile and pipe cutting. BYSPEED 3015 is a machine with the highest
cutting dynamics and is therefore designed solely for processing of stainless steel.

BENDING
Edge bending machines are designed according to the type of processed material. HÄMMERLE edge bending machines
offer a unique three-point bending technology and they are used exclusively for precise stainless steel and aluminium
bending. The SAFAN and TRUMPF edge bending machines are used for the processing of ordinary and zinc-plated steel.

WELDING
All welding operations are performed with professional welding aggregates, and thanks to the close connection with
the welding school, the technologies are further developed according to the latest trends. Professional approach
and skill of our welders is continuously developed and many of them are holders of international welding certificates.
The welding school objective is to ensure continuous qualification growth of the welders as well as the implementation
of new procedures and technologies.
SURFACE FINISH
POWDER COATING OF STEEL, ALUMINIUM AND STAINLESS STEEL
The modern paint shop in the form of a paint line can perform surface treatment of parts with the maximum size
of 3,000 x 1,200 x 2,000 mm (length x width x height). Parts are degreased and at the same time phosphate
coated in the spray machine, which is followed by three-level water rinsing and final rinsing using demineralised water.
After drying in a chamber dryer, the powder plastic is applied in the spraying cabins. The final operation is the curing
of the applied powder in the curing oven.
BLASTING AND PICKLING OF STAINLESS STEEL
The blasting box is equipped with the technology for the
stainless steel parts surface unification by the means of
the ceramics. The pickling box is designed for the local
pickling of welds and their rinsing with pressurised water.

STAINLESS STEEL GRINDING
Stainless steel grinding shop is a specialised workplace
where final surface treatment of the most qualitydemanding products is performed. The most frequent
products are those used in the food processing
and pharmaceutical industries. There are 4 ventilated
workplaces as well as a belt grinder, which is used
for the large-size parts.
ASSEMBLY
KASPER KOVO s.r.o. focuses on the production of complete products, including the final assembly of pneumatic
sub-assemblies and wiring. Assembly process is carried out in a separated assembly hall, which also offers
a closed clean area suitable for operations with fine mechanics. All assembled products are subject to final functionality
or operational tests.
LOGISTICS
The planning and organising of the delivery of a product is carried out in the course of the production. The most
convenient way of delivery that ensures on-time delivery is negotiated with the customer.
The shipping is in compliance with the international INCOTERMS shipping regulations. Provision of all customs formalities, insurance, appropriate packaging and applicable confirmations and certificates required by the authorities of the
respective country comes in as a standard.
Packaging of overseas shipments is ensured in co-operation with KASPER CZ s.r.o. that supplies packaging
for overseas shipping according to the internationally
valid standards and the requirements of the destination country. This mutual co-operation enables shipping
of products even to the countries with very specific packaging demands, such as China, Brazil, Australia etc.
PRODUCT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
Huge investment into the modern hardware and software equipment, coupled up with the professional performance
of the design team resulted in the complete digitalisation of our design documentation.
All design and development work is performed solely in 3D drawing programmes, offering a completely new approach
to the product design process.
Our designers closely co-operate on the development
of the new products with the development teams
of our customers. The aim is to use the know-how of our
designers in the area of metal processing to obtain
the optimal technological and design solution of new
products at the minimal cost.
The school provides training courses according to the
ČSN 050705 standard, as well as training courses with
the final examination according to the ČSN 050705,
ČSN EN 287.1, 2 and ČSN EN 1418 standards.
All training courses are conducted by highly-qualified
and experienced trainers.
WELDING TECHNOLOGY TEACHING
The welding school has been part of the Company since the year 2006. Besides offering training of welding
technologies to the wider public, it also intensely participates in the technological development of welding and
the professional improvement of employees at both KASPER KOVO manufacturing plants.
