CNC Punching Services: Trumpf 3000-20 Ton CNC Punch Press performs flawless punching on Aluminum,
Cold Rolled Steel & Stainless Steel, performing Cluster Punching, Large hole cutting, Extruding and Tapping,
Wheel forming, Multi-bend etc operations simultaneously up to a thickness of 6mm.
CNC Forming Services: CNC Press Brakes Trumpf 5-Axis 2mtr Length and Amada 3-Axis 3mtr allow us to handle
a wide range of forming operations involving complex, tapered bends, multiple bends, curved bend sequences.
We maximize our production efficiency by matching parts to appropriate press brake.
Power Press Services: Power Presses of various tonnages are suitable for sheet metal components for mass production.
Hardware Insertion Services: We perform hardware insertion operations on Haeger Machine for sheet metal parts
to insert PEM nuts, Stand offs, Studs.
Equipped with CNC Turret Punching, CNC Laser cutting & CNC Forming Machines
Finishing Services: Buffing, Deabering, and Polishing will be performed on Time Saver Machine and experts in the area
including but not limited to Stainless Steel; Aluminum; Copper.
MIG, TIG & Spot Welding: We provide MIG, TIG and Spot Welding Services for demanding Electrical, Electronics,
Defence, Railways as well as Medical applications. Our certified welders are experienced in offering welding solutions
