STERILE PROCESSING PRODUCTS
Key Surgical Sterile Processing Products are designed for utmost efficiency
and convenience in the demanding process of sterilization.
Micro Mesh Trays and Mesh Trays hold smaller items that are difficult to keep track
of during sterilization as well as larger items with small parts. Mesh Trays alleviate
concerns of sterilant penetration during sterilization.
Instrument Trays, Pans and Covers are heavy-duty stainless steel, for a tough,
clean and corrosion-resistant surface.
Key Surgical Instrument Stringers are now available in a wide selection of sizes
and closure types, including Ball & Socket, Spring Lock, Pull-to-Open, Center Lock,
Extended Width and U-Shaped. No matter what your closure preference is, our durable
German stainless steel and surgical stainless steel stringers are designed to prevent
accidental opening.
Sterilization Wrap is designed for use with Ethylene Oxide, Steam Autoclave, Gamma
Irradiation and E-Beam sterilization methods. Highly permeable and durable, the wrap
has a consistent texture that permits visual detection of small pinholes and tears.
Process Indicator Tapes distinguish processed from unprocessed items and are
available for both Steam Autoclave and Ethylene Oxide methods. Tapes are
designed to adhere well and show a distinct color change when processed.
Self-Sealing Sterilization Pouches are made with both internal and external
steam sterilization indicators. Internal sterilization indicator gives you the assurance
of confirming time, temperature and sterilant contact.
Key Surgical Lint Removers are designed for heavy-duty hospital use to keep your
environment lint-free.
