Kennedy is the longest practicing fire investigator in the world, with over 54 of experience in both public and private sectors. He is a fire and explosion investigator and analyst, researcher, author and teacher par none. He is a licensed private investigator (Florida and Illinois) and court qualified as an expert witness testifying nearly 1,000 times, in almost every State and several foreign countries. Over the years Patrick Kennedy investigated, analyzed and provided expert testimony on thousands of fires and explosions for insurance companies, manufacturers, government agencies and the legal community representing plaintiffs, defendants, and the public interest in both civil and criminal proceedings.
