NOTIFICATION OF SPECIAL SITTINGS OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
PURSUANT to Standing Order 29 (3) of the Standing Orders of
the National Assembly, it is notified for the information of Members
of the National Assembly and the general public that two special
sittings of the Assembly shall be held in the National Assembly
Chamber in the Main Parliament Buildings, Nairobi, on Wednesday,
3rd June, 2015 at 9.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. for purposes of—
(a) Consideration of the Mediated Version of the Division of
Revenue Bill, 2015;
(b) Consideration of the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure of
the National Government, Parliamentary Service Commission
and Judiciary for the Financial Year 2015/2016.
(c) The First Reading of the Companies Bill, 2015;
(d) The First Reading of the Insolvency Bill, 2015;
(e) Consideration of the Protocol on the development and
operation of the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) within the
Framework of the Northern Corridor Integration Projects; and
(f) Consideration of the Supplementary Appropriation Bill, 2015.
